EN Engineering

EN Engineering occupied approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of space in the eight-story Cantera Meadows office building located at the northwest corner of the Winfield Road/Ferry Road Intersection.  Approximately 400 EN Engineering employees now work at this location. EN Engineering provides comprehensive and dependable engineering, consulting, and automation services to pipeline companies, utilities, and industrial customers. In 2013, EN Engineering was ranked the 11th Fastest Growing engineering firm by Zweig Letter.

Symbria

Symbria leased 26,000 sq. ft. of space in the Cantera Meadow Office building, and has relocated approximately 100 employees into this space. Symbria is a leading national developer and provider of innovative, outcome-driven, therapy services, wellness programs, pharmacy services, health care data collection and reporting focused on helping post-acute and senior-living providers deliver a quality product, better manage costs, and gain competitive advantage.

Patterson Medical

Patterson Medical relocated approximately 170 employees into the top two floors in the eight-story Cantera Meadows office building. Patterson Medical is a leading provider of rehabilitation, assistive and splintering products all over the world.

Ultimo Motors

Ultimo Motors opened its first indoor pre-owned luxury automobile showroom and sales facility in a 35,000 sq. foot climate controlled corporate unit located at 47575 Weaver parkway. Ultimo Motors currently offers an inventory of more than 85 luxury vehicles. ULTIMO MO

Main Event Entertainment has committed to opening its first Illinois facility in the 45,000 sq. ft. east wing of the Cantera multiplex theater located at the northwest corner of Winfield and Diehl Roads.  Construction is scheduled to be completed for an early summer 2014 opening. The rapidly expanding Dallas-based company operates high-volume family entertainment centers throughout the U.S. ranging in size from 45,000 to 75,000 square feet. A subsidiary of Ardent Leisure Group of Australia, Main Event offers a unique “Eat.Bowl.Play.” experience featuring state-of-the-art bowling, multi-level laser tag, thrilling high ropes adventure courses, captivating game rooms, stylish billiards, energetic bars and high-quality restaurants. Old Town/Civic Center Tax Increment Financing District #3

In June of 2013, Warrenville implemented its third TIF District over approximately 177 acres of land located in the heart of the City. The Old Town/Civic Center TIF District is a powerful economic development tool the City will use to stimulate new private investment and facilitate high quality, coordinated, and directed redevelopment in the Old Town/Civic Center core area of the community.
