County Board Approves 2016 Budget with No Property Tax Increase

The DuPage County Board approved the 2016 budget on Nov. 24, which reduces spending and includes no property tax increase for the eighth consecutive year. The budget is $444.4 million, a decrease of $5.1 million from the previous year’s approved budget. It includes $56.5 million in capital projects for stormwater, drainage and road construction and $66.9 million in property taxes. Continue reading

Morgan / Harbour to build 15,072-square-foot warehouse in Lombard

By: Stephanie Aguilar, Midwest Real Estate News Morgan / Harbour has been selected to construct a 15,072-square-foot office/warehouse for Kosmek USA Ltd. at 650 Springer Road in Lombard, Illinois. Construction is scheduled for completion in summer 2016. The new facility will be comprised of 6,950 square feet of office space and 8,122 square feet of warehouse space for the firm, which is relocating from Downers Grove, Illinois. Continue reading
