Community Economic Development Partnership Program

As a business attraction tool communities routinely hold events showcasing their attributes to commercial realtors and site selection consultants.  The Community Economic Development Partnership Program provides Choose DuPage sponsorship to help defray the costs associated with these events.  This program provides payment in the form of a rebate, after expenses are incurred and Choose DuPage receives appropriate receipts and an invoice.  Choose DuPage will rebate a municipality 50% of the costs, not to exceed $1,500.

Eligible events include:

  • Industrial open houses
  • Broker tours
  • Downtown tours
  • Economic Development Conferences (held by applicant)

Eligible categories include:

  • Food service
  • Room rental fees
  • Transportation costs
