Elmhurst Partners Provides Support to Businesses & Organizations

About Elmhurst Partners

Elmhurst Partners draws on the considerable resources and educational expertise of Elmhurst College, operating through the School for Professional Studies. As part of its ongoing development as a superior institution of higher learning, the College created Elmhurst Partners in 2001 as a corporate training arm, advancing the College’s commitment to adult education and lifelong learning. Today, Elmhurst Partners offers non-credit training courses in the Small Business Institute, customized training and development, academic programs and a wide range of consulting services.

Elmhurst Partners takes a collaborative approach to formulating solutions for your business needs. The Elmhurst Partners team includes curriculum designers and subject-matter experts within the College. Our services range from adult-focused classroom courses to cutting-edge training and development initiatives using the most advanced technology. We tailor our services to the particular needs of an organization, and offer them through multiple delivery models, including on campus, online or onsite at your organization—providing the flexibility you need.

Elmhurst Partners is a one-stop-shop for businesses and organizations. In addition to our training and academic services, we can connect you with student interns through the Center for Professional Excellence and provide information about the College’s robust schedule of events.

Customized Training & Development

Does your organization need workforce development? If so, Elmhurst Partners can provide training initiatives to help you meet your goals. Our initial step is to conduct a careful, in-depth assessment of your organization. We believe it is essential to get to know you and your organization in order to determine how we can best meet your needs. Elmhurst Partners will then customize a training solution to meet your desired outcomes.

Training sessions can take place onsite at your organization, on campus at Elmhurst College or entirely online. Multi-day trainings may have a hybrid component, allowing participants to have an ongoing learning element outside of the “classroom.”
